Fund Accounting Supervisor needed for a leading Dublin 2 Financial Services Company for a 9 month contract

Responsibilities

• Providing input into the performance management process and staffing decisions
• Assigning work load and monitoring staff performance paying close attention to accuracy and meeting deadlines
• Monitoring client accounts
• Provide training and mentoring for junior members of the team
• Participation in client meetings to resolve issues
