Financial Reporting Manager

Our client is looking to make the strategic appointment of a Financial Reporting Manager  to assist with their current growth. This is a high profile position to work in a growing organisation with strong scope for progression

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the organisations adherence in the areas of Financial Reporting
• Provide advice/assistance on the application of IFRS/Irish GAAP Accounting Standard, Irish Company Law and Corporate Governance
• Represent the organisation on internal and external Financial Reporting Technical/ Regulatory Committees
• Build and maintain strong business relationships
• Ability to manage and complete multiple projects within strict deadlines

Requirements

• Recognised accounting qualification
• Minimum of 3 years practical experience of auditing and preparing financial statements under IFRS at a plc level
• Very strong knowledge of Irish/UK GAAP  and Irish company law
• Reporting standards and US GAAP exposure preferable
